1. General information
Echelon Black car service (“ Company”, “ We”, “ Us”, Or “ Our”)  provides ground transportation services. By booking or using our services, you. (“ Client”, “ You”, Or “ Passenger”)  agree to the terms outlined in this Legal notice and in Terms of service.

2. Licensing and compliance
We operate an accordance with the applicable, local, state, and federal transportation regulations. All drivers are properly licensed, and vehicle vehicles are maintained and insured as required by law.

3. Reservations and payments
All services must be reserved in advance. Pricing is based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and service type. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for overtime. Wait time, tolls, parking, or special requests.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the required notice period at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full or partial charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the companies discretion.

5. Passenger conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. The company reserves the right to terminate service without refund if a passenger engages in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior, including, but not limited to.: Drug use or possession of Illegal substances. Excessive intoxication. Damage to the vehicle. Harassment or threats toward the driver. Any damage caused by a passenger will be charged to the booking party.

6. Limitation of liability
While we strive to provide timely and reliable service, echelon, Black car service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to such delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our liability for any claim arising out of our  shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.         

7. Personal property
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in vehicles. Found items may be returned at the passengers expense.

8. Privacy policy
Any personal information collected during booking Is used solely for service fulfillment and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

9. Service availability
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons and to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

10. Indemnification
 By using our services, you agreed to indemnify and hold harmless Echelon Black Car service, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing law
 These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of The state of Texas.

12. Updates to Terms

 we reserve the right to update or modify this Legal notice at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
